Past Life Regression Therapy

Past Life Regression (PLR) is a gentle form of hypnotherapy which takes an individual back through time to their previous lives or incarnations by accessing memories and experiences that are normally hidden in their subconscious mind. Past Life Regression can help you to:

  • Identify physical ailments you have, which may be remnants of past life experiences.

About Me

It is my passion to help others become the best version of themselves

Growing up as an empath and HSP, I had to work through many of my own emotions and also experienced strong emotions from others, and it got me to see the world in a different way than most people do. And in noticing the pain and struggle in other people, I wanted to help people feel and live better.  

I went through my own physical and emotional trauma and healing phase a few years ago. Just before I made the big shift, I sat with a doctor trying to figure out what the cause of certain symptoms was and he asked me "Is it not just in your head?". That questions lead me to go on a self-healing journey of consulting with many different healers, doing extensive research into many different aspects of healing, and becoming a certified Reiki Master and thereafter, a certified non-medical Hypnotherapist. Even though I am qualified in Reiki, I do not employ it in my sessions.

In healing myself and manifesting a beautiful life for myself with the use of hypnosis, I have learnt that we are our best own healers, and creators of our lives.

What to expect during hypnotherapy

The first thing to understand about hypnosis is that it is a natural state that we enter into when we are relaxed or day dreaming. We often become a little distanced from the ordinary affairs of the world and enter into a mild altered state which can be referred to as a hypnotic trance. It is also the state that you experience right between sleeping and waking.

During this altered consciousness, the individual experiences a deep feeling of relaxation combined with a sense of increased focus. This is when a hypnotherapist uses hypnosis to improve a condition, change unwanted behaviours or to resolve phobias.

 

The main focus of the first session(s) is to establish the hypnotic state. Once a suggestible state has been achieved, during the following sessions the hypnotherapist will use suggestions to support the client towards his or her goals.

Most people feel very relaxed after a session. However, depending on what has been suggested, some may feel also very energized after their session.

Frequent questions

How Long Is A Session?

Please allow for up to three hours for your first session. Subsequent sessions may take less time (up to 90 mins). Please note that past life regression sessions will require different times.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

Some problems can be dealt with in a single two-hour session. However, some issues may require up to three sessions.
